There are 2 spaces in front of the garage and one to the left of that.  If you need more then 3, please communicate with me.

Yes your infants are welcome!  We do not have baby protection, cribs etc.

We will send check-in instructions as soon as the space is ready.

We are 5 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking, 10 min to Biltmore House,15 to downtown Asheville

 You will have the large house with it's own entrance with a screened porch in the front to enjoy views and large deck in the back to enjoy a fire or do a little grilling .  The deck is enclosed to a small fenced area so your dog can be outside with you!  There is lots of grass to walk your dog. The garage is not included.  We are very responsive during your stay for anything you need.

First off, my husband is a retired firefighter so we do not take your safety lightly.  There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen locked in the cabinet to the left of the coffee area, a first aid kit in the laundry room and the smoke detector is connected to a security system so that the fire dept is automatically notified if smoke is detected.
For emergencies, call 911.  The nearest hospital is Memorial Mission located at 509  Biltmore Ave, Asheville NC.   828-213-1111  My number is 8287788324/backup number is 8287799131.
There are five security cameras: two located at the garage area pointing to the driveways, one at back right aimed at field, ring doorbell camera on the front entrance, ring doorbell located at the side entrance aiming at the side driveway but none inside.
Fire Escape Plan – There is a exit at the front of the house and an exit at the sliding glass door at back of the house.  All windows are close to the ground so those can be used to exit in the case of an emergency.   There is an emergency escape plan posted on the side of the refrigerator also.
There are 5 stairs to climb in the front entrance of the house and 3 stairs in the back of the house, we encourage you and children to use the handrails on the front and back porch at all times.

Yes, your children are welcome!  We do not provide cribs, pack and plays or chairs due to recalls/insurance. 

 Pets – All dogs must be preapproved.  Your dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved and house broken completely.  You must bring a crate and pet bed.  Your furry friend must be crated while you are out enjoying the city.  No animals on the bed or couches.  There is plenty of grass out from the steps to take your animals out for a walk and to do their business.  Please clean up areas near the steps so other guests don’t get stinky shoes.   There is a 2 dog maximum. We do have a $25/pet non-refundable pet cleaning fee/pet because of the extra work to get the place ready for the next customer.  No cats. We are dog lovers so we welcome your pets too!  

Roku,Netflix and Pandora are included with the TVs.  You can login with your personal account to Hulu, etc. One TV has Retro Arcade gaming system.

Hi!  We are Michael & Kerrie, and we have lived in Asheville almost 20 years.  He is a retired firefighter and I'm a computer geek.  We enjoy outdoors, concerts, friends and family.  We like wineries, breweries, and trying new food trucks.  His hobbies are riding his vintage dirt bike and remote controlled planes.  Mine is gardening.  We love traveling and staying in airbnbs, having the place to ourselves.   We are absolutely love hosting! <br />

The views are amazing! When the colors change you will enjoy them even more by the firepit!
